My name is Nicole and I can relate to what you may be going through.  As a dedicated Realtor® and registered nurse, helping others has always been my goal and my passion. In my nursing career, I was an advice nurse for Kaiser.  Now, I have taken that same role and altered it to become an advice realtor® .  For many, I have become a trusted advisor for their situation and because of the expertise I posses have helped them to discover the best solution for them and their family.  Asking for help with your housing situation is just like calling the advice nurse.  We will find out what your housing symptoms are and we can then discuss treatments that are best for your situation. 

If a loved one was sick and needed to go to the doctor, you wouldn t ignore the problem and hoped it went away.  The same thing is true with your home.  It only gets worse if you ignore the problem and do nothing.  This is where my compassion and understanding can help you.  My approach is non-judgmental and empathetic.
